Terms and Conditions
This English text is a translation of the Hungarian Terms and Conditions (Általános Szerződési Feltételek). In the event of any discrepancy, conflict, or difference in interpretation between this translation and the Hungarian version, the Hungarian version shall prevail and be the sole authoritative text.
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) set out the terms between DavenTech Solutions Kft.
as Provider, and the Customer, regarding the use of the Rezit online appointment booking system available as an online service.
The contract between DavenTech Solutions Kft. and the Customer for the use of the Rezit online appointment booking system referred to above is formed upon acceptance of registration. Formation of the contract also confirms the Customer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (T&C).
The Provider reserves the right to amend the T&C unilaterally. The Provider shall notify Customers of any amendment to the T&C by short notice or email circular.
The Provider ensures that the current text of these T&C remains continuously available to every Customer on the Provider’s website.
The Rezit online appointment booking platform operated by DavenTech Solutions Kft. is a digital service system that enables various service providers and their clients to arrange online appointment bookings simply and quickly.
The purpose of the platform is to allow Users to view the availability and free time slots of the service providers they select, and to book appointments online directly for the selected service.
Contracts arising between Users and Service Providers through the use of the Rezit online appointment booking platform are always formed directly between the Service Provider and the User. Terms accepted during online booking may constitute a separate agreement and may include, among other things, rules on booking, modification, cancellation, payment, and other service conditions.
DavenTech Solutions Kft. solely ensures the technical operation and availability of the Rezit platform and assumes no responsibility for the content, quality, performance, or lawfulness of services provided by service providers listed on the platform.
Rights and obligations between Users and Service Providers are in all cases governed by the individual agreements and service terms between the parties concerned (the Service Provider and the User).
The User is obliged to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date data during online booking so that the booking can be completed properly and successfully.
The User further undertakes to remain reachable, where necessary, via the contact details provided during booking — in particular phone number and email address — for communication with the service provider.
It is the responsibility of service providers that data, descriptions, and available services published on the Rezit platform are true, accurate, and up to date.
The service provider is further obliged to ensure that time slots and services advertised in the online booking system are actually available, and undertakes to perform the service according to the booked appointment.
DavenTech Solutions Kft. takes every reasonable measure to ensure that the Rezit online appointment booking platform operates continuously, securely, and without disruption.
At the same time, the Provider assumes no liability whatsoever for errors that may arise in the system, technical faults, downtime, system outages, or other unforeseen operational problems that may temporarily restrict or hinder use of the platform.
This summary contains only the general principles of how the Rezit online appointment booking platform operates and the parties’ basic rights and obligations. Detailed rules on use of the platform, the handling, modification, and cancellation of bookings, and the use of services are set out in the T&C in force from time to time, each service provider’s own contractual and service terms, and other legal statements and notices published on the platform.
Users and service providers acknowledge that in the event of any discrepancy or conflict of interpretation between the provisions of this summary and other contractual documents, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and related contractual documents shall prevail.
Registration
Use of the Rezit online appointment booking platform requires that the User, prior to registration, review and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice in force.
The service may be used only after successful registration on the platform’s registration interface.
By creating a registration, the User declares and warrants that they have reached the age of 18, are a person with full legal capacity, or are a person authorised to act on behalf of a business organisation.
During registration, the User is obliged to provide true, accurate, and current data and contact details of themselves or of the organisation they represent.
DavenTech Solutions Kft. is entitled to refuse or restrict use of the Rezit platform for persons who engage in unlawful, unfair, immoral activity, or activity incompatible with the intended operation of the platform.
DavenTech Solutions Kft. is entitled to refuse acceptance of registration, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate a User’s or service provider’s access in whole or in part, if it becomes aware that data provided during registration are partly or wholly untrue, incomplete, misleading, or contain another person’s data.
The Provider is further entitled to exclude the User or service provider concerned from use of the Rezit platform if their conduct violates the law, these T&C, or the intended operation of the platform.
Free trial period
The Rezit online appointment booking system operated by DavenTech Solutions Kft. may provide newly registering Users and service providers with a 60-day free trial period to explore and try the platform.
During the trial period, the User has no payment obligation and is entitled to use the system’s available features under the service terms then in force.
If the User or service provider wishes to continue using subscription-based features of the Rezit platform after the 60-day trial ends, they must provide the necessary billing data no later than the last day of the trial and initiate a valid subscription to the chosen plan.
If the subscription is not activated by the end of the trial period, further use of subscription-based features is not provided for the user account.
The free trial period may be used only once per User or service provider. After the trial ends, paid services may be used only while a valid subscription is in force.
Subscription fee
The User or service provider must pay the subscription fee in advance to DavenTech Solutions Kft. Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan. Subscription fees and service plans in force from time to time are published on the Provider’s official website.
The subscription fee is paid by online electronic payment, in particular by bank card. The Provider records incoming payments and issues an electronic invoice to the User for the subscription period. By registering, the User accepts the use of electronic invoicing.
The subscription fee includes, in particular, the right to use the Rezit platform, continuous availability of the service, system maintenance and development, and regular backup and storage of data.
The Provider is entitled to amend subscription fees unilaterally. Amended fees apply from the next subscription period after the related Terms and Conditions take effect.
The User must pay the subscription fee in forints (HUF). Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise provided by law.
If the User fails to meet a payment obligation on time, the Provider is entitled to restrict or suspend the service in whole or in part, or temporarily terminate access to subscription-related features until the debt is settled.
